Home
Hi all,
This is a website that I originally made for my World Humanities class in my senior year of high school. Since then I've found it to be a good place to voice my thoughts, my concerns, my criticisms of the world around me in a safe place. As I am a recent graduate from Luther College, I feel as though I have a lot to talk about and think about, especially going into the field of conservation and restoration. Feel free to disagree with my thoughts and opinions, honestly, I enjoy a good conversation. I won't be offended if you disagree. I will not, however, tolerate intolerance. I can't and I won't. So use my webpage and blog as a place to voice your thoughts on the world, but we will not be hateful.
Lots of love,
Zoe

About Me
I am recent graduate of Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. I majored in biology and minored in chemistry. I intend to go on to study plant or restoration ecology in graduate school sometime, someplace, not necessarily right away, but soon. Currently I work for Conservation Corps Iowa out of Polk County. Here I get to work with people and rescue the natural areas I love so much from severe degradation. I have two beautiful cats at home named Laila and Nova. I'm totally a cat person, though I love dogs as well. My mom and sister are the two most important people in my life and I would do anything for them. Therefore it goes without saying that all of my blog posts will be colored in a biological, cat-friendly, love of all people way. And I love it. I love life. I love learning. I love exploring the deepest recesses of my mind and I hope to be able to share the results of that journey with you. So here's to life and forever learning.
